Pizzeria Restaurant Rustica in Ubach-Palenberg

The food for nine people arrived warm and on time. Everyone tasted the food so damn good that it wasn't the last time. The prices are absolutely okay for the portions. Even heavy eaters will be satisfied with the portions!

So I have already ordered 100 times there, 70 times were really great but if you are always disappointed in the last few times because you order extras on your schnitzel and pay for them and do not get them more than once you get really angry and as a trained cook you get it first right the crisis when pizza is burned .. and then given out. In addition, there is the frustration with the price when you know what the buying stuff costs and what you pay because I expect perfection ... in every detail that is ordered ... Sorry, but for me the subject is over

The food is delicious and fresh! Unfortunately the fried potatoes were not salted and the herb butter was missing for the pizza rolls, so a star deduction! Otherwise, of course, always happy

Mega store! Totally delicious, always fresh! Crunchy salad, crispy pizzas, inexpensive and usually there quickly!

Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered again and again. Turkish garlic sausage is not a Parma ham!

It's okay if something is missing from the pizza or when ordering, but it doesn't work at all if you order extra things for which you pay an extra 1.50 and these are not on it. Had no extra cheese, garlic and crabs on it. I also deleted the pineapple because I'm allergic to pineapple, but it was on it, it shouldn't be on it. The pizza was burnt and apart from the things listed above, you couldn't enjoy it !! Money thrown out for nothing !!!

Does not taste

The dishes we ordered were all inedible. My pizza arrived burned, was totally flabby and tasted of nothing. I will never order anything from there again.

Ordered there for the first time and was so disappointed !!!! Pizza was burned tasted of nothing cheap ingredients and waited over 1 hour and yes the pizza was anything but good rather what a shame about the residual waste for the money !!! A net pizza tastes better!

Ordered at 21:28 via online pizza site. Since the pizzaria closes at 10:30 p.m., I would have liked to be heard by phone or in writing whether it would still work. According to the pizza delivery site, everything was ok. But nothing happened. Customer-friendly looks different. Will never order there again.

We ordered 4 times there: sometimes we were very satisfied, sometimes the food was a disaster. In general, the pizza is really good, but sometimes it gets burnt 🤷‍♀️ Maybe depending on the pizza maker who is on duty !?

Price-performance ratio is absolutely wrong. The pizzas are small and overpriced and you pay 1 € per extra side dish! 4 pizzas ordered, all were totally burned (example see photo). Complaint was unsuccessful because for the pizza baker the pizzas were not burned. Once and never again!

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to rate. If you like burnt pizza, no customer service and unreasonableness, this is the place for you. Here the burnt pizza was justified with the length of the delivery route (this scam 5km). So that it is still warm and not soft until it is there. Furthermore, there were parts of an onion on my pizza that shouldn't end up there. Never ever again!

The food is really not tasty at all, the ingredients are totally cheap and you cannot taste anything. After that it was just bad for me :( Too bad about the money

The food is very cold the fries oil is a week old and they need 2 hours to deliver the noodles stink of net. They are very unfriendly so keep your distance

I was on a trip near this pizzeria and tried dinner here. Wow the pasta was very good. Loved the taste of their sauce with garlic and right amount of spices. And veg spinach pizza was delicious. Highly recommended this place!

I just ordered a pizza there and my husband ordered schnitzel with chips. I have never eaten such a bad pizza. She looked really good and was richly occupied but just did not taste good. The fries were cold and not tasty and the schnitzel dry.

Good caterer and for 10 people adequate food.

Amazing American style pizza with double dough and cheese

Our go-to place in the area. Great casual food at a great price, polite staff, never a long wait, and a surprisingly diverse menu. Perfect for those nights that you don't feel like cooking. They even deliver!
